We ship our processed DVD orders daily.
Domestic Orders: All DVD’s are shipped via USPS priority mail. This will ensure your package will arrive within 2-3 days.
International Orders: All DVD’s are shipped by International Air Mail and delivery can take as long as 10 days.
If, for any of these orders, you need the merchandise quicker we do offer FedEx (next day) delivery or Global Priority Mail (usually less than 5 days). However you will need to call the toll free (866) 532-6855, and make the special arrangements with a customer service representative.
All returns of DVD’s are subject to the following conditions:
- Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 20 days of the ‘Ship Date’ on your invoice.
- The DVD must be in the original excellent state. No scratched or damaged product will receive a refund.
- ALL of the original packaging MUST be included. The case, booklets, bonus discs, etc.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if the order is refused.
- Promotional items cannot be returned for any reason.
Please follow these instructions:
- Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items. Returned shipment arriving in an envelope will NOT be accepted.
- Include your original invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Mail your package to:
